Jeffery A. Testimonial
Dear Chris and Darren;
In the last ten years, I have had many orthopedic surgeries at Paoli Hospital, Univ. of Penn & Presbyterian Hospitals and, recently, New England Baptist Hospital in Boston.
Until my last surgery (bi-lateral knee replacement) on 6/30/2009 in Boston, I have always “rehabbed” at Bryn Mawr Rehab. I was always very pleased with their service and general overall competency.
At a recommendation of one of the ACAC trainers, I decided to try your service after this last surgery.
I can only tell you how impressed I am with the level of professionalism, the skills level, and courtesy quotient displayed by your entire staff.
Now some specifies:
Bill Pinkerton was assigned as my PT. As a result of Bill’s skills, motivational approach, patience, and genuine interest, I am at the 100% level of what I was doing prior to the surgery. I now have full range of motion and have little to no pain. Dr. David Mattingly, the England Baptist Surgeon was more than impressed with my 6-week and 16-week progress review. Quote “Jeff you are at least 20% ahead of others that have had the same procedure; and they are 20-30 years younger.”
The front desk people, what a team! They are caring, efficient, and demonstrate great empathy for their patients. They are interested in the patients’ progress towards recovery. They remember your name, they call you by name, and work very hard to make your day pleasant and rewarding. They have class; they are sophisticated and very bright. They have the ability to anticipate the customer’s needs.
The support staff could not be more facilitative. They are adroitly adept at keeping your spirits high in the rehab process, which at times can be quite frustrating to the recovering patient. They work hard and offer great support to the therapists.
Finally the Management, you gentleman are highly educated; follow through with the PT trainers on the patient’s progress… and they still have time to “do the work.” It is comforting to see the owners working alongside the other PT’s. They “walk the walk”
I hope I never have need for additional Physical Therapy, but if I do, I know precisely where to go-make to no mistake about it.
Thank you Chris and Darren. Your team has put me back together again.
Sincerely,
Jeffery B. Antonius
