Did You Know? I had an official major league tryout with the Cincinatti Reds!
When I began my career as an Athletic Trainer in West Chester 12 years ago, I really didn't have a desire to become a Physical Therapist; my first love was Athletic Training and sports medicine. It was here that I gained experience working with everything from professional athletes to the chronic back pain patient. As I worked alongside the professionals I now consider my mentors, I was inspired to earn my Master's and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy at Neumann University. I am currently on my way to completion of a Manual Therapy Certification through the University of St. Augustine, and believe life long learning and continuing education is my responsibility to my patients. I have a passion for the evaluative process of Physical Therapy and enjoy imparting the education that so often relieves and empowers my patients. I have performed clinical research in conjunction with Drexel University as well as taken part in an ongoing data collection study at spring training with the Phillies major and minor leagues.
In November of 2006, Kinetic Physical Therapy was born in Chester Springs as the dream of three friends. Kinetic will always strive to be the premiere resource for Physical Therapy in Chester County. The past few years have been the busiest and most rewarding time of my life.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my wife Laura and new baby boy CJ; as a new dad and husband I have a completely new definition of quality time. On the weekends I enjoy going for a run as well as putting in an honest day's work in my yard. I completed the Philadelphia Marathon in 2004 (3hours 34 minutes) and hope to one day complete another.
Along with being co-owner and co-founder Chris currently serves as Corporate Secretary and Director of Clinical Quality for Kinetic Physical Therapy.
